Munkebo, DENMARK

Centuries ago, a king was buried in his ship on the shore of Kerteminde fjord.

In 1935, the ship was discovered, excavated and preserved.

In 2018, the Ladby ship was reimagined as a life-sized hologram and brought to life through the combined efforts of Biangle Studio, Østfyns Museer and the local community from Munkebo.

The natural ambience of the fjord, free from any light pollution, provided the ideal backdrop for The Ghost Ship.
